Lodging a complaint

We know from time to time that an interested party may wish to lodge a complaint relating to our certification activities. The Atlas Certification team are not afraid of complaints and we see them as a mechanism to let us know what went wrong but more importantly, to let us put it right through investigation and action to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

Please don’t judge us on the fact that you have a complaint… judge us on how we deal with it and make sure it doesn’t happen again!

So that we can make initial investigatory measures, it is important to let us have as much information as possible when submitting a complaint to us. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and you should expect further dialogue from us within 7 days.
